ClareGalway 5k 18th May

Anyone who wishes to car pool to Clare Galway for the 5k can meet at the Temperance Hall at 6:45.

We have been trying pacers for the past few weeks it is proving Quiet Difficult due to the huge numbers of people running the race and the different courses are proving difficult to run at the same pace and ability. The best option is to track someone of similar pace to you. Go out easy for the first 2 k's you will find that you will have more energy for the later part of the race.

Keep up the good Running!!
